Vital Connections is a program of the Partnership to Preserve Independent Living

Cathedral City Senior Center

Community Access Center

Assist in the Speaker's Bureau to provide discussion, lecture, or presentation on issues relating to disability and / or Independent Living.  Other volunteer opportunities include peer support and office assistance.

HICAP (Health Ins. Counseling & Advocacy Program)

Jewish Family Service 
Committed to meeting the social service needs of Jewish residents of the Coachella Valley - services open to people
regardless of religious belief. Volunteer Opportunities include: Senior Home Companions, Tele-Friends, Drivers, Outreach to nursing and retirement homes, Office Volunteers, Mailings, Case Aids, Special Projects.

Joslyn Senior Center 
Activities, classes, seminars, programs and special events to allow seniors to remain independent and healthy.  Volunteer Opportunities include: Readers for school children, Computer assistants, Front desk receptionists, Meals on Wheel drivers, Newsletter mailings, and various administrative projects.

Partnership to Preserve Independent Living for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities

Volunteer Escorts and Drivers are needed throughout Riverside County for TRIP program

Riverside Community Health Corporation 
An association of health providers in the greater Riverside area. 

Visiting Nurse Association of the Inland Counties

Volunteer education and training is conducted three times each year for those who are interested in learning skills useful in helping patients, families and caregivers, including the philosophy of Hospice and how to deal with the problems and concerns faced by persons with life-threatening illness.

Volunteer Center of Riverside County 
The Volunteer Center has a wide variety of volunteer opportunities in community based organizations in the county.
