Jefferson Transitional Programs

Ombudsman Program

Utilizes trained volunteers, investigates to resolve complaints and reports of abuse of residents in long term care facilities, (skilled nursing, board and care homes, nursing homes) in Riverside County. Also provides information and referral regarding long term care facilities and residents rights.  Emergency state wide hotline, 24 hours (800) 231-4024.  In Riverside County, toll free number is (800) 464-1123 [does not have local website].
